In Weyburn July 27th for the Colgate school reunion and heard about Mildred's passing. Was saddened to hear about that news. We (Shirley and I) were so looking forward to visiting her. May all your memories of her uplift and comfort you all. When I saw her last she was cheering on the Stampeders with great gusto. Love to all

We were lucky enough to meet the remarkable Mildred a just few years ago when she was visiting our dear friends Larry and Joan. What a lovely, gracious, and fascinating woman! We had the added pleasure later of receiving a couple of her wonderfully descriptive, elegantly handwritten letters. There is comfort in the memories, and comfort in knowing how much she was cherished by all who knew her as family and as friend. We were all blessed to have had her in our lives.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mildred. She was a dear dear friend of my Mother Audrey Parks. I know they enjoyed countless hours of visiting and over the years had a wonderful friendship. Mildred was so kind and loving to us when we lost Mom in June, and we were blessed to have her with us at that time.
