Ernest Albert Elder, late of Weyburn, SK passed away June 8, 2016, at the age of 88 years.

Ernest was predeceased by his parents: Howard and Gretta Elder; daughters: Gail and Karen; brother Harrry-Jae Elder; brother-in-law Jim Ormiston.

Ernest is survived by his loving wife Lorraine; son Terry (Elizabeth) Elder and their son Travis Hemsworth; sister Francine Ormiston; sister-in-law Donnett Elder; special grandchildren: Renae, Taylor, Shelby, Josh, Adrienne and Morgan; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

A Service of Remembrance for Ernest was held Monday, June 13, 2016, at 2:00pm from Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Sharon Elliott officiating.  Lunch was held at Upper Grace Hall, Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with interment at the Fillmore Cemetery, Fillmore, SK.  All in attendance were honorary pallbearers.
