Walter George Niemegeers

Walter George Niemegeers, late of Radville, SK, passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 84 years.

Walter was predeceased by his parents, George and Julienne, stepmother, Helen; in-laws, Raymond and Emma Ban; sisters, Germaine, Georgette (Gordon) and Georgina; sisters-in-law, Anna (Roland) Bourassa, Marie (John) Surkon; and brother-in-law, Gerald Dionne.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bernadette; his children: Mark (Teresa) and children, Nevadadawn, Michael; Jerome (Lisa) and children, Jesse (Chantelle), Lydia (Morgan), Megan (Jackson), Luke (Kailey); Rae, and children, Tia (Sorren), Colten (Annabell); Paul (Adam); Kyle and children, Joel (Taylor), Hannah (Dawson), Jonah; 13 great grandchildren; his sister, Annette Dionne; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from the Holy Family Parish Roman Catholic Church, Radville, SK with Celebrant, Fr. Okafor. Honorary Pallbearers were: Jesse Niemegeers, Luke Niemegeers, Joel Niemegeers, Jonah Niemegeers, Michael Niemegeers and Colten Wimmer. A Private Family Interment was held at Laurier Cemetery, Radville, SK. Luncheon was held at the Holy Family Parish Roman Catholic Church, Radville, SK
