Shirley Kater Obituary
Shirley Carol Kater, late of Weyburn, SK passed away August 16, 2024 at the age of 84 years.
She was predeceased by her parents Gordon and Caroline McKnight; her husband Carl Kater; grandfather David McKnight; grandmother Dora McKnight; her brother, Dennis McKnight; nephews Tyler McKnight and Trevin Schnell; and her niece Brandy McKnight.
Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her children: Sheila Tooke, Regina, SK; Cheryl Kater, Calgary, AB; Greg (Cindy) Kater, Medicine Hat, AB; Carrie (Brad) Wheeler, Weyburn, SK; Kelly (Stephanie) Kater, Weyburn, SK; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Edith (Cal) Wenzel and Karen Schnell of Calgary; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery ~ Columbarium, Weyburn, SK.
