S. Chuck Pachkowsky Obituary
On September 7, 2022, Chuck Pachkowsky, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away at the age of 89 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Dmetro and Antonia Pachkowski; his first wife Helen; and his second wife Eileen.
Chuck is survived by his children: Charles (Pam) and family: Ashley (Erich) and their son [Ben]; Lynn and her family: Cassandra (Dylan) and their daughter [Brody] Brandon; Brenda (Don) and familyJason (Roxie) and their sons [Damien, Anthony], Shawn (Jennifer) and their daughters [Esmerie, Dahlia], Janine (Derek) and family [Ella, Evrhet], Chantelle (Justin) and their daughters [Ryleigh, Charlotte], Darcy (Ashley) and family [Emmett, Brenley]; Sandy (Bill) and family: Alycia (Justin) and daughter [Emily], Quinten, Peyton and Jayda; his siblings: Adeline, Elizabeth and John (Lee); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Come and Go Celebration of Chuck’s life was held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 212 ~ 13th Street N.E. Weyburn, SK (at the Caddyshack). An interment will be held at a later date at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK.
