Ruth Elsie Allan, late of Emerald Park, SK passed away on June 25, 2026 at the age of 97 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Lydia Neu; husband, Samuel Allan; grandson, Terry Allan; siblings: Alma New, Eleanor New, Olga Shimming, Lillian Neu, Raymond New, Vern New, Ferdinand New and Marlene Aikins; mother and father-in-law, Peter and Beatrice Allan; brothers and sisters-in-law: Marie New, Bernie New, Doug Aikins, Lawrence Sebastian, Donald and Kaye Allan, Andrew Allan, Marie Paterson, Colin Allan, Edith Allan, Helen and Elmer Luedtke.
Ruth is survived by her children: Murray Allan; Robert Allan and his children: Tracy (Dean) Evans, Kirk (Karen) Allan, Nadine (Steven) Dale; Larry (Sharon) Allan and their children, Tory (Cristalee) Allan, Tyson (Deidre) Allan; Sharlene (Brian) Hepworth and their children: Jade Lewis (Tyler), Cassandra (Braden) Lang, Jessica Hepworth (Alex); great-grandchildren: Ethan, Ryan, Georgina, Joe, Samuel (Jenelle), Jorja, Grace, Wesley, Danika, Domonique, Kylie, Davina, Daysun, Reeve, Rogan, Luka and Charlotte; great-great-grandchild, Terry; her sister, Helen Sebastian; and her sister-in-law, Kathryn Allan.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from St. Andrew’s United Church, Creelman, SK with Monica Dayman officiating. Interment will be held at the Golden Gates Cemetery, Creelman, SK with luncheon to follow at the Creelman Memorial Hall, Creelman, SK.
In lieu of flowers, for family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Ruth may be made to the St. Andrew’s United Church, P.O. Box 96, Creelman, SK, S0G 0X0.
