Russell Sargent Obituary
Russell Wayne Sargent, late of Colgate, SK passed away January 1, 2024 at the age of 77 years.
Russell was predeceased by his parents William and Elvina Sargent; his siblings: Gene, Ivy, Hugh, Harvey and Tim; brothers-in-law: Rudy Bjork, Howard Carlton, Noel Mulgrew.
He is survived by his siblings: Ona-Mae (Marcel) Balaux, Lila Mulgrew (Bob Keir), Ingrid Bjork. Lyman Sargent (Penny Tocher) and Elodie Carlton; brother-in-law, Leslie Switzer; special friend Louise Hermanson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the Wheatland Senior Centre, 888 ~ 1st Avenue NE, Weyburn, SK. Following the luncheon, interment will be held at the Colgate Cemetery, Colgate, SK.
For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Russell may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association, 919 B. Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4R 2P6.
