Ronald Gordon Murray

Ronald Gordon Murray was called home to his Heavenly Father on September 22, 2025 in Weyburn, SK at the age of 88 years.

He was predeceased by his father, Gordon Murray; his mother, Bertha Murray; sister Catherine Jorgenson; and brother-in-law, Gordon Jorgenson.

Ron will be missed by his wife of 65 years, Donna Murray; his children, Denise (Terry) Guest and family, Darcy (Katrina) Guest, Shaun (Hayley) Guest, Stephanie Guest; Michael (Agnes) Murray and family, Tyler Murray, Scott Murray, Paula (Carl Joseph) Ebrano, Ivan Morla, Allena Murray; Cheri (Doug) Moen and family, Erin (Jeff) Klassen, Lauren (Austen) Fisher, Erica (Joe) Morrison and Diana (Joel) Bailey.  Ron was blessed to have 16 great grandchildren whom he treasured:  Jaxon, Fynn, Scarlette, Addison, Nolan, Brodie, Riley, Kara, Eli, DJ, Whitney, Oakley, Jr., Piper, Presley and Paige. Ron is also survived by his sister, Lynn Murray; sister-in-law, Joan (Ken) Craig; as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Burial was held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, SK.

A Celebration of Ronald’s Life was held at the Silver Heights Bible Church, Weyburn, SK on Thursday, October 2, at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Andrew Ruten officiating.  Luncheon and fellowship followed at the Silver Heights Church as well.
