Rodney Brilz Obituary
Rodney Rufus Brilz, late of Radville, SK passed away September 25, 2020 at the age of 76 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Rufus and Balbina Brilz; infant son Kenneth; his brother Dwayne and his wife Donna; sister Valerie and her husband Japhas Emmanuel; brothers-in-law, Glenn Bader and Maurice Young.
Rod is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barb; his children: Kelly (Stacey), Kevin, Keith (Jeanine) and Corey (Jerilyn); his grandson Shawn (Michelle); great-grandchildren, Wolfgang and Huckleberry; grandchildren: Kaitlin, Carter, Hudson, Harbour, Cailyn, and Christopher; his sisters: Bev Young, Marie Bader, Irene (Brian) Minard; brother Conrad; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
Rod was a mechanic in business with his Dad, later taking over as owner of Brilz Implements. He played fastball and enjoyed slow pitch for a number of years. He had a green thumb and took pride in his gardening abilities. Rod enjoyed both summer and winter ice fishing. He played many card games with his family and friends. He will be missed by all of us.
