Richard "Rick" Michael Wanner

Richard “Rick” Michael Wanner, late of Weyburn, SK passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 77 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Berniece Wanner; in-laws, Forrest and Gertrude Gilchrist; his wife Marjorie Wanner; and his sister-in-law Shirley Lamb.

Rick is survived by his son, Darren (Therese) Wanner of Weyburn, SK and their children [Josh, Sydney, Harmony, Cadence and Kyle]; his daughter Terry Wanner (Al) of Calgary, AB; sister Wendy (Gord) Debert; sisters-in-law, Cathy (Doug) Loden, Laurie Gilchrist; brothers-in-law, Andrew (Diane) Gilchrist, Ed (Sandy) Gilchrist, Jim (Theresa) Gilchrist; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Rick’s Life was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Rev. Doug Loden officiating.  Luncheon was held at the Upper Grace Hall, 210 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK  A Private Family Interment was held at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK
