Phyllis Yvonne Weimer, late of Weyburn, SK passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025 at the age of 89 years.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, Alberta and Anton Bernard; sisters, Bernice Bernard, Beatrice Bernard, Alma Zastrow and Margaret Herberholz; brothers, Willard Bernard, John “Jack” Bernard; sisters-in-law, Ruth Bernard and Joyce Bernard; brothers-in-law, Robbie Zastrow and Nick Herberholz.
Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 68 years, Lawrence Weimer; daughter, Gayleen (Brent) Stephanson and their family: Shawna (Jason) Stewart, Justine (Damon) Kyle, Devon (Renae) Stephanson; son, Douglas (Colleen) Weimer and their family: Blaine Weimer (Crystal), Kaila (Brendan) Lyons, Kendra (Taylor) Gonczy; 11 precious great grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Fred (Mimi) Stehle, Gerry (Lynn) Stehle, Bob (Paulette) Stehle; sister-in-law, Ann Tweedale (Bob Bjarnason); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many great friends.
A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Rev. Trust officiating. Interment took place at the Hillcrest Columbarium, Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK. Luncheon followed at Upper Grace Hall, 210 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
