Pearl Gunhild Berger

Pearl Gunhild Berger was born June 3, 1926 in the Overland district.  Pearl passed away September 19, 2025 at the Radville Marian Health Centre, SK at the age of 99 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, George; daughter, Diane Leatherdale; grandsons, Kevin Briltz and Drew Berger; great-great-granddaughter, Brynlee Heier; son-in-law, Allan Young; step-granddaughter, Kayla Turgeon; her parents, Sven and Isobelle Jorde; sisters and brothers-in-law: Annie (Roy) Ellingson, Irene (Harold) Berg, Alverna (Bill) Berger; Clara (Earl) Ness and Florelle (Richard) Stefan.

Pearl is survived by her children: Conrad (Beverly) Berger of Coppersands, SK, Karien Young of Bethune, SK, Ardelle (Rick) Pearson of Lake Alma, SK, Georgeine Berger of Regina, SK, Wilbur (Tami Jo) Berger of Lake Alma, SK; her brother, Iven (Joanne) Jorde of Longview, AB; 6 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 1 step-grandson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Funeral Service was held at the Zion Lutheran Church, Weyburn, SK on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Victoria Mwamasika officiating.  Luncheon was held at the Zion Lutheran Church, Weyburn, SK.  Interment took place at the Saron Cemetery, Lake Alma, SK following the lunch.
