Norma Irene Wiens

Norma Irene Wiens, late of Weyburn, SK passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Wiens; parents, Harald and Doris Mastad; and her nephew, Bradley Sandor. 

Norma is survived by her children: Tim (Kim) Wiens of Weyburn, SK and their children [Emma, Gregg, Josh], Travis (Corrine) Wiens of Milestone, SK and their children [Addison, Avery, Jillian], Tyler (Nicoelle) Wiens of Medicine Hat, AB and their children [Zach, Marinn, Gibson]; her sisters, Donna (Rick) Sandor and Eunice Mastad; sister-in-law,Sarah Conrad.

Our family would like to extend our deepest gratitude for all the support we have received from family and friends during our time of loss. We truly appreciate everyone who attended Norma’s celebration of life. Your kind words, condolences, shared memories, beautiful flower arrangements, delicious food, and generous donations in Norma’s memory have touched our hearts in ways words cannot express.

A special thank you to Pastor Victoria Mwamiska for delivering such a touching service, to Vernelle Rasmussen for the beautiful music, and to Rhonda and Neil Martinson for setting up the church and running the TV.  Norma’s celebration of life was a true tribute to the one we loved so much. 

Finally, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Lindsay Fellinger and her team from RD Funeral Home. We deeply appreciate the time, effort, and exceptional service they provided to guide us through this difficult time.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Midale, SK with Pastor Victoria Mwamasika officiating. Urn Bearer was Gibson Wiens.  A Private Family Interment was held at Westphalia Cemetery, Midale, SK.  Luncheon followed at the Joe Vilcu Civic Centre, Midale, SK.
