Morley Lawrence Obituary
Morley George Lawrence, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the age of 78 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, James (Jim) and Eva Lawrence; cousins, Valerie Patterson and George Allen.
Morley is survived by his cousins: Charlie (Dorothy) Carlson, Shirley (Spud) Stewart, Betty Wedge, Jim (Alberta) Bird, John (Peggy) Allen; as well as extended families.
Morley was born in Regina and lived in Regina, Milestone and Weyburn. He attended Brighton, a one room school north of Milestone, Albert School in Regina and Milestone School. Morley worked on numerous farms around Milestone as well as tilled gardens, mowed lawns and especially enjoyed blowing snow for his friends and neighbors. He also liked repairing small engines but most of all, he loved the company of others. He loved nothing better than a good visit with a friend or relative.
A Graveside Celebration of Life was held Friday, October 2, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. from Milestone Cemetery, Milestone, SK with funeral celebrant, Judy Beck.
