Leigh James Bowerin

Leigh James Bowerin, late of Weyburn, SK passed away August 22, 2022 at the age of 89 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Nelson and Lucy Bowerin; his son James; brother Dean; sister Marilyn Woods; and his grandson Jesse McKenzie.

Leigh is survived by his wife Loretha; his children: Christie (Graham) McKenzie and family: Kaylee (Cole) Rowlett, Shane McKenzie; daughter-in-law Judy Bowerin and her son Cameron; Greg (Joanne) and family: Nicole (Brandon) Sayna and family [Brynlee, Taytum, Breyson], Brodie Bowerin; Lorin (Rebecca) and family Meisha and Mataya; Rory (Lynne) and family, Jaxon and Brett; his sister Kit (Les) Sweitzer; as well as brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. 

Prayers were held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK.  A Funeral Service for Leigh was held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK with celebrant Fr. Valentine Amobi.  Interment followed at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK with luncheon to follow at McKenna Hall, 317 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
