John Wiens

Following a brief illness, John Wiens, late of Halbrite, SK went to be with his Saviour on January 5, 2021.

John was predeceased by his parents, John and Sarah Wiens; in-laws, Harald and Doris Mastad; and his siblings: Joanne, Henry, Anne and Matti. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Norma; his three sons and their wives: Tim (Kim), Travis (Corrine), Tyler (Nicoelle); nine grandchildren: Emma, Gregg, Josh, Addision, Avery, Jillian, Zach, Marinn and Gibson; his siblings, Sarah (Ken) Conrad, Pete Wiens; sisters-in-law, Donna (Rick) Sandor, Eunice Mastad; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A  Private Family Celebration of Life for John was held Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Midale, SK with Jeff Christiansen officiating.  Urn Bearer was Emma Wiens. Interment folloed at Westphalia Cemetery, Midale, SK.
