John Donald Fiechter, late of Radville, SK passed away on November 16, 2025 at the age of 90 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Annie; brother and sister-in-law, Douglas (Judith) Fiechter; brother-in-law, Harold Tendler; sisters-in-law, Connie Fiechter, Elva Fiechter; nephew, Garret Fiechter; and mother and father-in-law, Joseph and Dorothy O’Hara.
John is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Karen; his son, Kurt (Linda) Fiechter and their children, John “Jack” (Kelsey) Fiechter and children, Dasen, Benson, Vivianne, John “Samson;” Kimberly Fiechter (Caleb); his daughter, Lorrie Fiechter (Carmen Hoffart) and her children: Courtney (Taylor) VanDeSype and children, Brooks, Blakely, Bobbi; Jodi (Jess) Carles and children, Caleb and Ava; Britney Bolton (Rylan); Zac Bolton (Kiera). John is also survived by his sister, Lorraine Tendler; brothers, Arthur Fiechter and Dwaine Fiechter; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ron and Edna O’Hara, Vince O’Hara, Doreen and Norman Verbeurgt, Joyce and Blaine Axten; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from the Holy Family Parish Roman Catholic Church, Radville, SK with celebrant Fr. Okafor. Luncheon followed at the Holy Family Parish Roman Catholic Church after the service. A Private Family Interment was held at the Ceylon Cemetery, Ceylon, SK.
