Helen Simone Fossenier

Helen Simone Fossenier, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 88 years. 

She was predeceased by her husband Alphonse Fossenier; son, Keith Fossenier; grandson, Arron Fossenier;  parents, Emil and Agnes Fradette; siblings: Rose Eva (Gordon) Brown, Gilbert Fradette, John Fradette, Roger Fradette, Alexander (Laurette) Fradette, Lucille (Henry) Mazenc; sisters-in-law, Doreen Fradette, Isabelle Viellet; brothers-in-law, Robert Nimegeers and Frank Fossenier.

Helen is survived by her daughters: Connie Fossenier of Stoney Rapids, SK and Giselle Fossenier of Saskatoon, SK; grandchildren: Kevin (Rickie-Lee) Fossenier, Elizabeth (Vaughn) Lambe, Amanda Fossenier (Ron), Troy Stock (Stephanie), Bradley (Tegan) Stock, James McLeod (Ariel), Braxton Bull; great grandchildren: Ryker, Kinley, Aiden, Asher, Julie (Mitchell), Jett and Violet; siblings: Armand Fradette, Theresa Nimegeers, Maurice (Carol) Fradette, Emelia (Wayne) Hunter; sisters-in-law, Yolanda Fradette, Arlene Fradette; her special care giver, Holly Adamache; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weyburn, SK with celebrant Fr. Valentine Amobi.  Luncheon followed at the McKenna Hall, 317 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.  A Private Family Interment was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK.
