Frieda Lillejord

Frieda Lillejord, late of Weyburn, SK passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 95 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin; parents, Erich and Marie Luebke; in-laws, Olaf and Mabel Lillejord; sister, Julia Viergutz; brothers, Carl and Ronald Luebke; son-in-law, Mark Gregory.

Frieda is survived by her son, Richard (Wanda) Lillejord of Big Fork, Montana and his sons, Chad (Denise) [Zack], Blair [Lincoln]; daughter, Joan Gregory of Weyburn, SK and children, Gwen (Keith) Schlosser [Cody, Jordan], Wade (Kim) Borschowa [Maggie, Samuel]; son, Larry (Judy) Lillejord of Ceylon, SK and children, Landon (Chelsey) [Levi, Ella, Cora, Knox], Kent (Chelsea) [Hazel]; daughter, Bonnie Lillejord of Weyburn, SK and children, Leyna (Tim) Cugnet [Kingston, Kensi, George, Millie, Louis], Michael Froh (Dixie Goodwin) [Lily, Auston]. Frieda is also survived by her sisters: Alvina (Carl) Sorensen, Darlene Kronberger, Marlene (Alvin) Bowlby, Sandra Frass; sisters-in-law, Joyce Luebke, Jean Luebke; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Private Family Interment was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK.

A Celebration of Frieda’s Life was held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK with Pastor Martin Olson officiating.  Pallbearers were all Frieda’s grandchildren.  A Luncheon followed the service at the McKenna Hall, 317 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
