Edgar Matthes Obituary
Edgar Oscar Matthes, late of Stoughton, SK, passed away on May 3, 2025. Ed was born and resided most of his life in Winnipeg. He was 71 years.Edgar was predeceased by mother, Elfriede.
Edgar is survived by his loving wife, Laurie; his son, Ron Matthes; daughter, Jennifer Matthes (Ian Gold) [Orion, Violet]; brothers, Edwin Matthes, Gordon Matthes; his niece, Danielle and nephew, Jeremy.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from Our Lady of La Salette Roman Catholic Church, Forget, SK with celebrant Fr. Chris Juchacz. Interment will take place at a later date.
