Andrea and Paul were married in 1945 and raised their family on their farm southwest of Radville, Saskatchewan. They worked hard on the farm for 34 years, receiving the Master Farm Family Award for southern Saskatchewan in 1968. Besides keeping up with the demands of farm life, Andrea was a loving wife and mother who cared deeply for her husband and family, and made our house a wonderful and loving home.Andrea was involved with the Catholic Women’s League and the Co-op Women’s Guild in Radville and always found time to visit with neighbors and friends over coffee.
Andrea and Paul retired from the farm and moved to Saskatoon in 1979. They made many friends in Saskatoon and enjoyed their short time of retirement together before Paul’s passing three years later. She loved to play bridge with her friends, travelled with her children, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whenever she could.
In 2022, Andrea moved to the Radville Marian Health Centre from the Primrose Chateau in Saskatoon. Our family wishes to thank the nurses, aides and staff for the excellent care you provided to our mom.
