Albert Lyle Hanson

Albert Lyle Hanson, late of Radville, SK, passed away on September 6, 2025 at the age of 87 years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Hanson.

Albert is survived by his children: Roger (Pat) Hanson of Hardy, SK, Don (Nancy) Hanson of Olds, AB, Janet (Marvin) Holmes of Minton, SK, Wendy (Kelvin) Schopf of Bengough, SK and Duane (Tracy) Hanson of Strasbourg, SK; his beloved grandchildren: Blair (Melissa), Kristy, Ryan (Megan), Tara (Jody), Jenny (Herson), Nolan, Donalda (Alan), Brandy (Brody), Kayla, Colin, Marcy and Chris; great grandchildren: Sloan, Harper, Damien, Chase, Miranda, Ella, Hannah, Braxton, Rhett, Hayes, Corbin, Emma, Dakota, Riley, Morgan, Logan, Emerson, Caleb, Cody and Cheyanne; great-great grandchildren, Lyla, Mya and Kinsley; sister, Ruth Nergard (Evan); sister-in-law, Gloria (Wayne) Fister; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Prairie Pride Centre Community Centre, Ceylon, SK with Judy Beck officiating.  Pallbearers were:  Blair Hanson, Chase Hanson, Nolan Brooks, Collin Holmes, Morgan Frail and Logan Frail. Honorary Pallbearers were all in attendance.

Luncheon followed immediately after the service at the Prairie Pride Community Centre, Ceylon, SK.  A Private Family Interment was held at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Bengough, SK.
