Roy was predeceased by his parents:  Gabriel and Maria Sidloski; children: Delmar Sidloski (1957), Arin Michael Sidloski (1976); brother and sisters:  Andrew Sidloski, Jennie Stewart; Vera Tremblay.

Roy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Rita; his children: Darcy (Devora) Sidloski [3], Melany (Dave) Mazenc [5], Marty (Moree) Sidloski [1], Donya Epp [3], Tim (Ann) Sidloski [2], Marnel (Mike) Spencer [2], Korene (David) Boehm [2], Twyla Bellefleur [3], (Darcy Bell), Ryan Sidloski [3], Calinda (Barclay) Charlton [2], Rocky (Wendy) Sidloski [5], Troy (Kellie) Sidloski [2], Kendra (Gary) Garbe [4], Kern (Kara) Sidloski [2], Dalyn Sidloski; 39 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brothers and sister: Alex Sidloski, John (Beatrice) Sidloski, Tory (Ron) Metheral; 7 brothers and sisters-in-law; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Prayers for Roy were held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 7:00p.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weyburn, SK. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Francis Plaparampil celebrant.  Active Pallbearers were: Dave Mazenc,  Barclay Charlton,  Mike Spencer,  Dave Boehm,  Dean Stewart and Brian Thue.  Honorary Pallbearers were: Dennis Sidloski, Gary Sidloski, Tyler Metheral, Kyle Sidloski, Blair Tremblay and  Ray Flaten. Interment was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK and lunch followed at the Knox Fellowship Hall, Weyburn, SK.
