Joseph "Jake" Michael Neuberger

Joseph "Jake" Michael Neuberger, late of Weyburn, SK passed away May 4, 2018 at the age of 85 years old.

Joe was predeceased by his wife of 54 years Helen Neuberger; his parents John and Elizabeth Neuberger; son Michael Neuberger; sister Mary Thiel; brother Bernie Neuberger; two sisters-in-law: Lois Clarke and Isabelle Frerichs; brother-in-law Jim Metheral; his mother and father in law Reginald and Irene Metheral.

Joe is survived by his children: David (Dawn) Neuberger, Marean Lake, SK, Reginald Neuberger, Regina, Mark (Kelly) Neuberger, Weyburn, SK, Leslie (Rick) Walliser, Weyburn, SK; grandchildren and great grandchildren: Robbi (Thomas) Martin and their children Emma and Jase, Joel (Amber) Neuberger and their children Aybree and Olivia, Kaila (Drew) King, and their children Owen and Kali, Rhett (Holly) Neuberger, Josh Neuberger, Cortney (Troy) Kincaid and their children Parker and Maleah, Kayla (Luke) Cugnet, and their children Ava, Jake and Benny, Stefany (Tyler) Grigg and their children Alydia, Kelsey, Hayleigh and Remey, Adam (Lana) Walliser and their children Ryker and Cooper, Nathan (Jaydene) Walliser; brother-in-law Don Thiel, Regina, SK; brother Alf (Janet) Neuberger, Pincher Creek, AB; sister-in-law Ella Neuberger, Weyburn, sister Jeannette (Jack) Smeed, Medicine Hat, AB; sister, Marlene (Don) Gill, Wilkie, SK; sister-in-law Jeanette (Glen) Mabee, Weyburn, SK; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Service of Remembrance for Joe was held Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Knox Presbyterian Church, Weyburn, SK with Pastor Jay Song officiating. Honorary Pallbearers were all Joe's grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Interment was held at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK with luncheon following at Knox Fellowship Hall, Weyburn, SK.
