Jeanette Ror

Jeanette Ror, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away on June 13, 2018 at the age of 93 years.

Jeanette was predeceased by her parents Hjalmer and Annie Nordstrom; her husband Roy (2006); brothers: Norman, Vincent and Bertile Nordstrom; sister Edna Saunders; and 3 sisters-in-law: Myrtle Grosenick, Irene Thackuk and Grace Grosenick.

Jeanette is survived by her 2 sisters-in-law: Donna Smigarowski (Edmonton, AB), Doris (Dan) Koop (Okanagan Falls, BC); niece Joan Thue (Radville, SK); nephew Gordon Grosenick (Weyburn, SK), as well as several nieces, nephews and special friend Katherine McLeod (Weyburn, SK).

A Funeral Service for Jeanette was held Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel with Pastor Victoria Mwamasika officiating. Pallbearers were: Curtis Larson, Calvin Larson, Brent Thue, Robert Thachuk, Bob Shad and Oran Paul. Interment was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK with a luncheon following at RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK. 

We lost a great Aunt and friend, that was true to her values: honesty, truthfulness and kindness.
