Dennis Jerome Wanner

It is with great sadness, the family of Dennis Jerome Wanner, announces his passing on September 20, 2019, at the age of 77 years, after a valiant fight with cancer.

He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Koleta Wanner; his father and mother-in-law, George and Marie Nimegeers; brothers-in-law: Maurice, James, Alfred and Joseph.

Dennis will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Marlene; and their children: Rick (Alma), Jo-Anne (David), Denise (Anthony) and Tyler (Lori). He will be also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Brandt, Elene, Nicholas, Matthew, Nolan and Daphne; his siblings: Kathleen (Ted), Gerald (Heather), Dianne (Dale), Debra (Les), Eugene (Sandra) and Susan (David); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Prayers were held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK.  A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Francis Plaparampil celebrant.  Interment was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK.  Luncheon followed at the McKenna Hall, Weyburn, SK.
