Blanche Leona Fleming

Blanche Leona Fleming, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away September 6, 2019 at the age of 84 years. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon H. Fleming; father, Wilfred J. N. Start; mother, Irma G. Start; daughter-in-law, Dianne Fleming; grandson, Samuel Fleming; and  brother-in-law, Lyle Jacobson.

Blanche is survived by her children: Valerie (Mervin) Ness, Laura (Wilfred) Olson, Duane (Brenda) Fleming, Kenneth (Bunnie) Fleming, Kevin Fleming, Lorne Fleming, and Starla (Jason) Wareham; grand children: Jeremy, Kristopher (Nicole), and Nicholas (Olga) Olson, Melissa (Tim) Bolton, Dayna (Cody) Peterson, Jacob and Anthony Fleming, Ember, Austin, Zander and Zane Wareham; great grand-children: Cooper,  Jack and Charlie Peterson, Elliot and Laken Bolton; siblings: Elaine (Walter) Hart, Harold (Evelyn) Start, Donn (Magdalena) Start, Dolores Fleet, Joyce Jacobson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A Service of Remembrance was held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. from the Church of Christ, Weyburn, SK, with Mr. John Smith officiating.  Luncheon followed the service at the Church of Christ.  A Private Family Interment for immediate family was held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK. 

Blanche had a strong faith and was a member of the Church of Christ in Weyburn, SK.  Making her family her priority, she still managed to care for others as a nurse's aide and a private care aide as well. Her career also included teaching and being a genealogist.
