April Sampson Obituary
April Elizabeth Sampson, late of Weyburn, SK passed away March 12, 2019 at the age of 82 years.
She was predeceased by her parents Jack and Bertha Gordon; her brother Scottie Gordon; sisters-in-law Eileen Gordon and Phyllis Gordon; niece Dixie Kennedy (Earl Kennedy); nephews Jack Gordon and Roy Gordon.
April is survived by her husband of 38 years, Stan; daughters: Alicyn Harris (fiancé Lee Dumont) and Salli Kraft; step children: Meshell (Barry) Wight; Colin (Yolanda) Sampson; grandchildren: Cole Kraft; Aaron, Kaity, Brittany Wight; her sister Fran Gordon (Ted Deacon); niece Tammy (Jerry) Gordon-Dirks; nephews: Mike (Cathy) Deacon and David Deacon.
A Service of Remembrance was held Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Church, 201 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK with Rev. M. Barnabas officiating. Luncheon was held following the service at Upper Grace Hall, 210 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
In lieu of flowers, for family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of April may be made to Weyburn Humane Society, P.O. Box 1062, Weyburn, SK, S4H 2L3.
