Michael Kordus, passed away December 30, 2016, at the age of 51 years.

Michael was predeceased by his son Luke Kordus.

Michael is survived by his wife Holly; his daughter Shae; and his parents: Peter and Christel Kordus.

Michael was born in Berlin, Germany.  As a young child he came to Canada with his parents, Peter and Christel Kordus.  They settled in Stoughton, SK for a short period of time before moving to Montmarte, SK where Michael grew up.  Michael met Holly in Winnipeg.  They were married in 1987.  They lived in London, ON where Luke was born, then Winnipeg where Shae was born. They moved to the Weyburn area in 2007.

Michael had a love for cars so Paintless Dent Repair was the perfect job for him.  He had a reputation both for excelling at his work and for being a genuine, easygoing person. Michael will be remembered for his generosity and contagious sense of humour.  He was always ready and willing to go out of his way to help others.

Michael was a loving husband, father, son and friend. Along with his love for his family and friends, he had a deep love for his Creator, Jehovah.  He dedicated his life to God and looked forward to the fulfillment of Revelation 21:4: 

“And God will wipe out every tear

from their eyes, and death will be no more,

neither will mourning

nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. 

The former things have passed away.”

A Memorial Service for Michael was held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00pm from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Weyburn, SK with Mr. Jade Fellner officiating.
