Marlene Annette Pierce, late of Weyburn , SK passed away May 2, 2016, at the age of 81 years.

Marlene was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Terry Pierce, March 19, 2016; parents: Ed and Blenda Raknerud; in-laws: Worthy and Anna Pierce, Winnie Wanner; brother and sister-in-law: Gordon and Delores Raknerud; brother-in-law Al Wickman.

Marlene is survived by her children: Marence (Charlene) Pierce, Nancy Kopec, Sue (Dwight) Achen; grandchildren: Worthy (Krista Reinfelds) Pierce; Terry (Sarah) Pierce,  Kari (Dustin) Rouse, Ron (Vanna) Kopec,  Michelle Sabourin, Gary (Sheena) Kopec, Tracy Kopec, Mike (Jennelle Periard) Church; Sarah (Dustin) Satre;  great-grandchildren: Jayla, Hanna, and Rhett Pierce, Hunter, Houston, Branson and Bowen Kopec, Zoe and Connor Brooks, Wylie, Mekhi and Brinley Kopec, Brodie Sabourin, Jacia and Preston Roncin, Kitchener Satre; sister Elda Wickman; sisters-in-law Gail (Tom) Minard, Sonya (Jim) Ennis, Ann Weiler; brother-in-law Clayton (Ruth) Pierce,as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A Service of Remembrance for Marlene was held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 2:00pm from the Knox Presbyterian Church, Weyburn, SK, with Reverend John Ferrier officiating.  Lunch was at the Knox Hall, 136 2nd Street, Weyburn, SK with interment taking place at a later date.
