Dorothy was predeceased by her parents: David and Mary Agnes Murray; her husband, Archie Peters; grandchildren: Peter and Paul Stephenson, Jude Ross, Gabrielle Pageau; siblings: John (Victoria) Murray, Carl (Eve) Murray, Evelyn (James) Gauley, Roy (Ruby) Murray, Edith (Ken) McCutcheon, Andrew (Phyllis) Murray.

Dorothy is survived by her children: Linda (Byron) Ledingham and family: Rhonalyn (James) Carpenter [Brandon, Justin, Lily and Ellie], Lani (Troy) Lupul [Elizabeth], Britt (Jocelyn) Ledingham. Bill (Susan) Peters and family: Bree (Landon) Kinney [Phifer], Nancy Perras, Andrea (Paul) Pageau [Lowell and Thalie] Mark (Joanna) Perras [Jack, Luke and Stella], Helen (Wes) Powers and family: Brendan, Bonnie (David) Gall [James, John and Ethan], Shirley Olson and family: Jennifer (Ryan) Ross [Dane and Aaren], Khris Olson (Courtney Ketchum), Ruth (Jim) Stephenson and family: Lindsey (Mike) McStravick, Tyler,Garnet Peters and his daughter, Calista, Mary Peters (Karl Austman) and family: Jessica (Logan) Schwartz [Emmett], Cassady Brown, Missy Brown (Scott Fettes), Dustin (Ashley) Austman and family [Kaydence and Dia], Jill Austman (Taylor Delnea) and family [Piper], her devoted and special friend, Archie Shaver as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Dorothy was held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1:00pm from the Prairie Pride Community Centre, Ceylon, SK with Wendy Caldwell officiating.  Lunch was held at the Prairie Pride Community Centre with interment at the Ceylon Community Cemetery, Ceylon, SK.
